"I'm sorry that you had this experience with my office. You can have a stand alone renters insurance policy. We cancelled your insurance when you made the request so you didn't get charged again. It turns out we should have only the cancelled the auto and not the renters. That was incorrect, again I apologize for that. As far as insurance rates all companies in WA have experienced rate increases. I don't control the rates as they are set by the company.
