"I’m not sure how long this review will stay up, but it seems like they’re planning to move soon. Here’s our real experience: We were referred to this location by another branch, as they claimed it had experienced managers who could assist us. It was our first time setting up insurance in the U.S. After choosing a plan and signing the documents, the manager handed us a copy of the contract and then started working on her computer. We assumed she was entering our information, so we waited and scrolled on our phones. After about 30 minutes, we noticed her typing on the keyboard more aggressively, as if she were venting her frustration. Eventually, she looked up and asked, “Is everything okay with the contract?” We replied, “Yes, everything’s fine.” She then went back to typing. Another 10 minutes passed, and we started wondering why it was taking so long. So we asked, “Are we done? Is there anything else we need to do?” To our surprise, she angrily said, “You’ve been done for a while now! I thought you were just sitting there for some other reason.” We were completely confused and at a loss. She never informed us that the process was finished. The wasted time wasn’t just hers—it was ours too. On top of that, she shouldn’t have taken out her frustration on us. It was a very unpleasant experience, and we absolutely do not recommend this location."

We just needed to add a truck to our plan and it took less than 5 minutes to get it done. Definitely appreciate the quick and amazing customer service! Highly recommend! Edit: I am incredibly disappointed with this company. We have had them for years and never, not one single time, made a claim or asked for anything. As long as we were adding to our policies it was all peachy. Recently, the one time we needed help they have completely dropped the ball. No call backs, no follow ups, nothing. After repeatedly calling them and leaving messages. It’s been weeks now. If you want signing up for insurance to be easy, sure go with them. But if you actually need anything, forget it. I am beyond frustrated. They made a difficult time even more difficult and that completely defeats the purpose of having insurance."
